Postage Discount multiple purchases - Save on Postage

Combined Postage discounts are available when buying more than one item. Combined postage discount will automatically be applied when you are checking out with multiple items so simply add items into your shopping cart and you will get a final price in checkout.  Express post is an extra chargeable service, which is only available on selected products. If express is available for your order, it will be displayed as an option at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated by the cubic weight of your order, delivery method, and shipping address and will be delivered to your door or specified location. On the item ad page there is a postage calculator link which will give you an estimated shipping quote with different delivery methods. Choose the item you are interested in, enter your postcode for a postage price.

To calculate postage for multiple items simply add the items your interested to your shipping cart then click on view cart and add your postcode or country.

On-line orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be canceled if payment is not received within this time. For money order or bank cheque payments, please allow 3 - 5 business days for clearing and processing.

Our distribution centre and freight companies operate Monday to Friday for order dispatching and deliveries.

More Shipping Information

As the shipping costs are calculated using the shipping address, your exact cost of shipping will be provided in "view cart" for multiple items. This is before the checkout process so you will have the option of canceling after viewing the shipping costs, and before the you go complete checkout.

Orders to Australian destinations are trackable and shipped by Australia Post e-parcel post, express post delivery or best suited courier for your location. Online tracking is available. Most of these options can be chosen in checkout. Larger items are also sent via our courier Star Track Express or other carriers.

Aust Post Customer Direct Pickup Parcel Service

A new service created by Australia post in 2011. When completing an order a customer will be able to select an Australia Post office close to them as the delivery location instead of their home address and will then be able to collect that parcel at a time and location that is convenient to them. This avoids deliveries happening when you're not home or on holiday.

To use this service the customer simply chooses an Australia Post office (from the list provided in checkout) based on location and collection hours, and this provides the appropriate delivery address. The parcel will then be delivered to the nominated facility, at which time an electronic email notification will be generated, advising the customer of its availability for collection via email.

The major advantages for customers who use the Hold for Collection service are:

  • The choice of a location that is most convenient from which to collect parcels due to
    • Geographic location (home area, work area, travel route)
    • Trading/operating hours (early morning, end of day, weekend)
    • Parking availability
  • Delivery to a street address will not be required, enabling earlier collection of the parcel on the day of receipt if required
  • Electronic notification that the parcel is available will allow the customer to better plan the collection of the parcel
